1. Delivery Coverage NiyomLiving delivers across India to all major cities, towns and pin codes through trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and BlueDart.
2. Shipping Rates
- Orders above ₹999 — Free Shipping
- Orders below ₹999 — Flat ₹99 shipping charge
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day
4. Delivery Timeline
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) — 3–4 business days
- Other cities and towns — 4–5 business days
- Remote and rural areas — 5–7 business days
5. Order Tracking Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS registered at checkout. Use this number on our courier partner's website to track your shipment in real time.
6. Failed Delivery
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice
- If both attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse
- Re-delivery charges will apply for reshipping
7. Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and product immediately and email us at info@niyomliving.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement promptly.
8. Delays NiyomLiving is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
