Return Window We accept returns within 5 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Eligible Reasons for Return

- Product received in damaged or defective condition
- Significant colour variation from what was shown online
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Sale or discounted items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return Email us at info@niyomliving.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product. Our team will respond within 48 hours.
Refund Process Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange We offer one-time exchange for size or design, subject to availability. Exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer.
